Directions for use and Dosage
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 200 ml of water, preferably at room temperature, mix well until the powder is completely dissolved and take once or twice a day as needed, between meals.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not use during pregnancy or in children, or for prolonged periods, without consulting a doctor.
