Indications

Poliodal 75 is a supplement based on the natural glucoside of Resveratrol (Polydatin), extracted from Fallopia japonica (Polygonum cuspidatum), to be used as a nutritional adjuvant to reduce oxidative stress induced by inflammatory processes and/or the intake of pro-oxidant substances. The preparation is also suitable for people on a controlled diet, as it does not contain lipids and sugars associated with insulin stimulation. The term "oxidative stress" identifies the variation in the normal intracellular and biological fluid balance between oxidant substances and ROS, physiologically produced during metabolic processes and the natural antioxidant defense system that has the function of neutralizing them. During numerous diseases that involve an acute inflammatory response or are related to chronic inflammatory processes and the related complex therapeutic treatments, the production of oxidant substances can increase considerably, rendering the natural antioxidant defense system ineffective. In these cases, conditions of oxidative stress arise that can also interfere with the body's immune response.
