Antioxidant food supplement.
Indications
Picnolen is a food supplement based on Pycnogenol® (a plant extract of French Maritime Pine), with Vitamins B6 and D, Magnesium, Zinc, and Calcium, useful in the presence of nutritional deficiencies or increased needs for these nutrients. Pycnogenol®, thanks to its antioxidant function, in synergy with Zinc, has a protective action against oxidative stress on cellular structures. Vitamins D and B6 contribute to the normal function of the immune system and, in synergy with calcium and magnesium, contribute to normal energy metabolism and muscle function.
Picnolen has proven to be very effective as an adjuvant in the painful and annoying symptoms associated with endometriosis (dysmenorrhea), abdominal cramps, lower abdominal pain, menopause and joint problems (improves flexibility).
Ingredients
Magnesium hydrate, Calcium carbonate (carrier: pregelatinized starch), Pycnogenol® (Marittimo Pine bark “Pinus Pinaster Aiton” dry extract tit. 70″ in procyanidins). Filling agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; Zinc oxide. Anti-caking agents: Silicon dioxide; Vitamin B6, Vitamin D.
Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take one ovaline per day, unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, at least 10-15 days before your period. To normalize a chronic situation, it is preferable to take one ovaline per day for a few months and then switch to the recommended cycle.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Supplements should be used as part of a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
