Indications
Phytodol Flogo Urto by Pharmalife is a food supplement useful for counteracting localized states of tension and promoting joint functionality and in case of need. It is recommended in case of minor trauma, bruises, sprains and muscle strains accompanied by edema, hematomas, inflammation, pain and to facilitate recovery following sports activity.
Active ingredients
Bromelain, Boswellia and Move!plx
Move!plx is a particular verbena extract with a high concentration of verbascoside, a polyphenol with high antioxidant properties. Move!plx has also been evaluated in several studies as a support for joint health and for its anti-inflammatory effect in post-exercise recovery.

Dry extract of Boswellia gum resin (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.) titrated at 65% in boswellic acids, Bromelain from Ananas comosus (2500 GDU/g), Move!plx®, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose E460, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose E468, dicalcium phosphate E341; Soy lecithin, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids E470b, silicon dioxide E551. Contains soy derivatives.
Gluten and lactose free. Suitable for vegans.

Directions for use and dosage
Take 2 tablets a day, preferably between meals.
