HOW TO USE: 1 sachet per day to dissolve directly in the mouth. It is recommended to take the product between meals. If necessary or during periods of particular stress, the daily dose can be increased to up to 3 sachets. It is recommended to take one sachet per day for at least a month; repeat the cycle of intake 2 to 4 times a year as needed.
