Ozonated sunflower seed oil, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; thickeners: calcium phosphates; capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; gelling agents: pectin, gellan gum).

Directions for use
Adults: 2 capsules per day.
It is recommended to take the product in a glass of cold water, at least 60 minutes before or after hot drinks or meals, or medications.
