Indications
Ostodol is a supplement based on Ginger, Turmeric, Nettle, Devil's Claw and Olive, with Glucosamine ideal for helping maintain physiological joint functionality. Thanks to Ginger, Ostodol is able to counteract localized tension and osteoarticular pain. Glucosamine also helps counteract cartilage deterioration.

Ginger rhizome dry extract (Zingiber officinalis Rosc.) titrated 5% Gingerols, Longvida optimized extract of curcumin from Turmeric (Turmeric rhizome dry extract (Curcuma longa L., stearic acid, soy lecithin, ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide) titrated 23% Curcuminoids), Nettle leaf dry extract (Urtica dioica L.), Food gelatin, Devil's claw root dry extract (Harpagophytum procumbens DC.) titrated 20% Harpagoside, Olive fruit dry extract (Olea europaea L.) titrated 10% Hydroxytyrosol, Glucosamine sulfate (derived from crustaceans), Anti-caking agents: Magnesium salts of fatty acids; Coloring: Titanium dioxide.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, to be swallowed with a large glass of water.
