- Vitamin E: an antioxidant vitamin that acts at the level of the cell membrane.
- Vitamin K2: essential for processes related to blood coagulation and bone metabolism.
- Vitamin C: one of the most important vitamins in the body. Important vitamins for our body with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, and anti-tumor properties.
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine): essential for carbohydrate metabolism and for regulating the use of glucose, on which nervous tissue depends significantly; insufficient intake can cause irritability, poor concentration, sleep and memory disorders, and reduced muscle performance.
- Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): antioxidant, increases iron absorption and regulates the growth of red blood cells. It has protective effects on skin, hair, nails, and vision and combats tiredness and fatigue.
- Niacin: promotes the functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes.
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine): In combination with folic acid and vitamin B12, it helps reduce homocysteine levels, as well as playing a role in mood control and premenstrual syndrome.
- Folic acid: Essential during pregnancy for fetal protection; in combination with vitamins B6 and B12, it helps reduce homocysteine levels. Its deficiency is observed in depression, autism, and cognitive disorders in the elderly.
- Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin): An essential vitamin for vegetarians and vegans, in combination with folic acid and vitamin B6, B12 helps reduce homocysteine levels. Useful for mood disorders and to improve cognitive functions.
- Biotin (vitamin H): Biotin is a vitamin commonly used in cosmetics; particularly important for the health of skin appendages (skin, hair, nails).
- Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5): contributes to the normal synthesis of steroid hormones, vitamin D, and some neurotransmitters.
- Calcium: Among the most abundant minerals in the body, it represents 2% of its total weight. Present mainly in bones, it is essential for nerve function, muscle contraction, and coagulation mechanisms.
- Phosphorus: The second most abundant mineral in the body. Abundant in the body, approximately 85% of its total is stored in the bones, while the remaining part is located in soft tissues and extracellular fluids.
- Iron: Its main function is to combine with proteins and copper to form hemoglobin.
- Magnesium: Together with calcium, it is the most abundant trace element in our body. Its importance lies mainly in its ability to optimize the functioning of over 300 enzymes responsible for as many vital functions, especially at the brain and muscle level.
- Zinc: antioxidant trace element that is part of the composition of numerous enzymes that catalyze important reactions in the body.
- Copper: trace element required for the formation of hemoglobin, red blood cells and myelin.
- Manganese: trace element required for numerous enzymes, participates in the metabolism of bones and connective tissue.
- Iodine: essential element for the correct functioning of the thyroid and to ensure optimal energy metabolism.
- Chromium: trace element essential for normal carbohydrate metabolism.
- Selenium: antioxidant with particular effects on the immune system, skin, thyroid and male fertility.
- Molybdenum: necessary for 2 enzymatic reactions: oxidase (fat oxidation) and xanthine oxidase (mobilization of iron from liver reserves).
