Indications
Omega 3·6·9 is a supplement containing a precious blend of plant-based oils. Each single capsule contains 60% polyunsaturated fatty acids, including 250 mg of plant-based DHA, derived from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., rich in Omega 3. DHA (at a dose of 250 mg) contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. It also contains borage seed oil, rich in linoleic acid (Omega 6), and olive oil, rich in oleic acid (Omega 9). Borage seed oil contributes to the maintenance of the integrity and functionality of cell membranes, as well as promoting joint function. Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 softgel capsule per day, swallowed whole with a little water, preferably during the main meal.
