Indications
Nutriregular relax is a supplement based on Hops which promotes relaxation and sleep (even in cases of stress) and Lemon Balm which, in addition to promoting relaxation, helps normal mood tone.
It represents an effective solution thanks to the synergistic action of Hops and Lemon Balm; both extracts have a GABAergic action, thus reducing anxiety and promoting sleep.
The antispasmodic action, on the other hand, is useful in states of anxiety associated with muscular and nervous tension.

Free from gluten, lactose, preservatives and GMOs.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets a day to be swallowed with water.
If you have difficulty falling asleep, take 1-2 tablets before bedtime.
