Nutriregular omega 3 is a fish oil supplement concentrated at 80% in Omega-3 fatty acids capable of providing 400 mg of EPA and 300 mg of DHA per single capsule.

Ingredients

Fish oil standardized in omega-3 (80%), bovine gelatin, firming agent: glycerin.

Free from gluten and lactose.

Directions for use and Dosage

You can Take 1 to 5 capsules daily as needed, as follows:

• 1 capsule daily (400 mg EPA + 300 mg DHA)
• EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal heart function
• DHA helps maintain normal brain function
• DHA helps maintain normal vision
• 3 capsules daily (1.2 g EPA + 900 mg DHA)
• EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal triglyceride levels in the blood
• 5 capsules daily (2 g EPA + 1.5 g DHA)
• EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure
