Ingredients
Methylsulfonylmethane, Glucosamine sulfate from crustaceans, Chondroitin sulfate from bovine, bulking agent: maltodextrin; Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha (Nees) Engl. oleum-gummi-resina) dry extract tit. 3% furanodenes, flavoring, anti-caking agent: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; stabilizing agent: silica dioxide; sweeteners: acesulfame K and sucralose.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day, preferably between meals, unless otherwise advised by your doctor. Pour the powder into a glass and add water, stirring until a smooth solution is obtained. Any suspended powder is due to the presence of Myrrh extract.

Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet but should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is advisable to consult your doctor. Contains crustacean derivatives.
