Indications
Noctaval CM is a food supplement with melatonin and extracts of lime blossom and valerian.
- Melatonin, taken at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bedtime, has a beneficial effect by helping to reduce the time required to fall asleep; Furthermore, already at a dose of 0.5 mg, it helps alleviate the effects of jet lag.
- Valerian and linden promote sleep and physiological relaxation, especially during periods of greater stress.
Composition
Water, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root and rhizome) dry extract titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acids, linden (Tilia platyphyllos Scop., flowers) dry extract titrated at 1% in total flavonoids, preservative: potassium sorbate; flavouring, acidifier: citric acid; melatonin, sweetener: sucralose.

Directions for use and dosage
To promote natural sleep: take 4 ml shortly before bedtime, diluted in half a glass of water.
To alleviate the effects of jet lag: take 2 ml (which provides 0.5 mg of melatonin), shortly before bedtime, diluted in half a glass of water, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Shake the bottle well before use.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
