Nictomap is a herbal product that can have a beneficial effect on the physiological function of sleep, on which the sensation of freshness and energy depend.

Ingredients

Rose powder (Rosa centifolia L.) flos; dry extract of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) rhizoma; powder of: ashvagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) dunal.] radix; jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi DC.) rhizoma; stabilizer: gum arabic; powder of: licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) radix; black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) fructus; long pepper (Piper longum L.) fructus; ginger (Zingiber officinale rosc.) rhizome; anti-caking agents: magnesium silicate; calcium carbonate; coating agent: HPMC.

Directions for use and dosage

We recommend taking 1 tablet one hour before bedtime with milk or warm water.
You can increase the dose and prolong the intake at the discretion of your nutritionist.
