Indications
Neuroson Light is a food supplement based on Melatonin, Tryptophan, Vitamin B6 and Valerian, indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these elements.
Thanks to Melatonin, it helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. This beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Neuroson Light, thanks to Valerian, contributes to relaxation.
Composition
Valeriana officinalis L. (Valerian) root dry extract tit. 0.8% Valerenic Acid, L-Tryptophan, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Melatonin, Flavoring, Anti-caking Agents: Calcium Phosphates, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Arnorta Silica. Food gelatin capsule. Coloring: Titanium Dioxide.
Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the evening half an hour before bedtime, swallowed with water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
