Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend 1 scoop (10 g) per day.
Dissolve the contents of one scoop in half a glass of water or tea, orange juice, or fruit juice at room temperature and drink immediately.
Recommended dose for Osteoporosis: 10 g.
Warnings
A doctor's opinion is required in the presence of acute or chronic pathologies, in children under 14 years of age, in the elderly, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or in case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks).
