Indications

Melatonina Plus Active is a dietary supplement based on melatonin.

Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep. Melatonin helps relieve the subjective sensation of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg to be taken shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and a few days after arriving at your destination.
Vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Sugar-free and starch-free.
Free from dairy, soy and yeast.
Not tested on animals.
Suitable for vegans and tolerated by diabetics.

Ingredients

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) (0.1%); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), melatonin.
