Directions for use and Dosage
Take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water shortly before bedtime. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (equivalent to 1 capsule) shortly before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
