Indications
Natural Vita D3 1000 by Solgar is a food supplement based on natural vitamin D (vitamin D3 extracted from fish liver oil). Vitamin D is synthesized in the skin following exposure to the sun and its synthesis can decrease, especially during the winter months, when exposure becomes more modest.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, minerals useful for neuromuscular function and bone mineralization. It therefore contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin D also contributes to the physiological functioning of the immune system and supports regular muscle function.

Directions for use and Dosage
