Baill) seed dry extract* (std. 98% in 5-hydroxytryptophan); anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; Saffron (Crocus sativus L.) stigmas dry extract (std. 2% in Safranal).

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets a day, as needed, preferably away from meals, accompanied by a glass of water.
