Indications

Natacalm is a food supplement based on hawthorn, griffonia, and saffron.

Hawthorn and griffonia promote relaxation and mental well-being. Saffron promotes normal mood.

The natural essences of NATACALM can promote proper heart-mind harmony thus mitigating anxiety levels and promoting better rest and sleep. Hawthorn extracts, rich in flavonoids, can act to reduce anxiety with a mechanism that amplifies the action of GABA (a brain neurotransmitter with anxiolytic action) and modulates heart rate, reducing palpitations. Griffonia extracts, rich in hydroxytryptophan, in turn promote an increase in the production of cerebral serotonin, which is also implicated in reducing anxiety. Finally, melatonin plays an important role in the physiology of normal sleep architecture, thus contributing to adequate rest and restfulness at night.

Ingredients

Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha auct.) leaves and flowers dry extract, Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill. seeds dry extract, saffron (Crocus sativus L.) stigmas dry extract, pregelatinized starch.
The extracts are supported by maltodextrins.
Capsule component: vegetable cellulose.
