Mzs is a supplement based on Melatonin, Zinc, Selenium, useful for relaxation and mental well-being, to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and the effects of jet lag.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day in the evening 1 hour before bedtime.
