Indications
My Gut Balance Intestinal Wellbeing by Goovi is a supplement indicated for the balance of intestinal flora thanks to the presence of probiotics and prebiotic (inulin) and Jerusalem artichoke. Jerusalem artichoke is a herbaceous perennial plant native to North America; thanks to its high fiber content, it helps promote intestinal wellbeing. Inulin is a soluble fiber of plant origin (for example chicory), formed by long chains of fructose, which is not digested, but is useful for promoting the balance of intestinal flora.

Directions for use and dosage
1 stick pack (2.5 g) twice a day, preferably one hour before main meals. The product can be taken without water by placing it directly on the tongue so that it dissolves in the oral cavity. Alternatively, dissolve the contents of the stick pack in a glass of water and mix well.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and localized heat sources. The minimum shelf life refers to the product when stored correctly in its intact packaging. Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
