Indications
Multicentrum Movement & Flexibility contains:
- Boswellia extract, known for the physiological function of joints and the counteracting of localized states of tension. From the resin of Boswellia, collected manually, an extract standardized in its main constituents is obtained.
- Vitamins D, K and Manganese which contribute to the maintenance of bone health
- Vitamin C which contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the physiological function of bones and cartilage
- Vitamin D which promotes the maintenance of normal muscle function
- Manganese for the physiological formation of connective tissues.
It is also rich in essential OMEGA-3 fatty acids, structural components of cell membranes.

Directions for use and Dosage
For adults. 1 capsule per day to be taken with water, preferably during a meal.
