Indications
Monacol Q10 is a food supplement based on Monacolins, Policosanols, Cassia nomame, Hydroxytyrosol, Coenzyme Q10, Folic Acid, Niacin, Vitamins B6 and B12, useful in case of deficiency or increased need for these nutrients. Cassia promotes the metabolism of triglycerides and cholesterol. Vitamins B3, B6, and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism and normal homocysteine metabolism.

Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose. Cassia (Cassia mimosoides var. nomame (Siebold) Makino, folium) dry extract tit. 8% flavonoids, Policosanols (from Oryza sativa L. fructus) dry extract titrated at 60% octacosanol, Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide). Processing agent: Magnesium stearate. Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide. Hydroxytyrosol (from Olea europaea L. fructus), Monacolins (from red rice extract fermented with Monascus purpureus titrated at 3% in monacolins), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), Quatrefolic (5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin). Directions for use and Dosage
Take one capsule a day, swallowed with a little water, preferably immediately after the evening meal.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet but should be used as part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle. The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age and adults over 70 years of age. Consult a doctor about the use of this product if you experience health problems. It should not be consumed if you are taking medications to lower cholesterol. It should not be consumed if you are already consuming other products containing red yeast rice. This product is certified gluten-free.
Contraindications
