Indications

Miodec is a supplement based on Boswellia, Griffonia, Magnesium and Coenzyme Q10:

• Boswellia extract is useful for counteracting localized states of tension.
• Griffonia extract helps achieve a state of relaxation.
• Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

Ingredients

Magnesium gluconate, Bulking agent: corn maltodextrin; Magnesium bisglycinate, Acidifier: anhydrous citric acid; Flavourings; Boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb.) gum resin e.g. titrated at 35% in total boswellic acids, Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., corn maltodextrin) seed e.g. titrated at 25% in 5-HTP, Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Ubiquinol (gum arabic, dextrin, L-ascorbic acid, soya lecithin), Sweetener: sucralose; Colouring: E102 may be added to the product. May negatively affect the activity and attention of children.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking 1 or 2 sachets per day, dissolved in a glass of water (150 ml).
