Indications
Metarelax is a food supplement containing vitamins, magnesium, and taurine. It is a complete magnesium-based formulation for use in situations of stress (folate), tiredness (folate, magnesium, vitamins B6, B12), and muscle fatigue (magnesium, vitamin D). The magnesium salt used, magnesium glycerophosphate, has been shown to have excellent gastrointestinal tolerability.
Composition
Magnesium glycerophosphate (900 mg), taurine, bulking agents: maltodextrin and hydroxypropylcellulose, anti-caking agents: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), calcium L-methylfolate (vitamin B9), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
