Indications
MetaRelax is a complete formulation based on magnesium to be used in situations of stress (folate), tiredness (folate, magnesium, vit. B6, B12) and in cases of muscle tension (magnesium, vit. D).
- Bioavailable form of magnesium: magnesium glycerophosphate.
- Cofactors that enhance the effects of magnesium: vitamins B6, B12, folate (Metafolin), vitamin D and taurine.
- B vitamins in bioactive forms: directly available to act in the body.
- With vitamin D: acts in synergy with Mg in promoting the activity of magnesium.
Magnesium is necessary for the activation of vitamin D. - Without laxative side effects.
- Pleasant citrus flavor (with natural sweetener extracted from the Stevia rebaudiana plant).
Ingredients
Magnesium glycerophosphate (1800 mg), flavorings: citric acid, orange juice powder and citrus flavorings, taurine, sweetener: steviol glycosides, pindoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), calcium L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), cholecalciferol (vitamin D).

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 1 sachet per day, dissolved in a glass of water (150 ml), mix well.
