Mesind Complex is a supplement based on extracts of Bergamot, Cassia Nomame and Fennel with Berberine and Chromium.

• Cassia nomame supports the metabolism of triglycerides and cholesterol.
• Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
• Fennel promotes gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas.

Ingredients

bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; bergamot (Citrus bergamia Risso & Poit.) fruit extract complexed with phospholipids, berberine hydrochloride, anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid, polyethylene glycol; cassia (Chamaecrista nomame (S.) H.Oh.) leaves and fruits extract, stabilizer: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol; Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruit extract, coloring: calcium carbonate; chromium picolinate, spirulina extract.

Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 1 tablet 15-20 minutes before the two main meals, to be swallowed with a glass of water.
