Directions for use and Dosage
Add 1 sachet (30 g) to 200 ml of hot or cold milk (or water) as desired. It can also be added to yogurt. Mix thoroughly. Consume immediately.
Up to 2 sachets per day, as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
