Active ingredients

• Ashwagandha: common name of Withania somnifera, also known as "Winter cherry" or "Indian ginseng. Ashwagandha is one of the most important plants in Ayurveda, traditional Indian medicine, for its properties and its systemic action on the body. It is an excellent tonic-adaptogen, meaning it can adapt its level of action to the specific needs of the individual, ideal in stressful situations.
