Indications
Melvit by Aurora Biofarma is a food supplement based on melatonin, griffonia, vitamins D3 and B6. Melatonin promotes sleep by helping to reduce the time required to fall asleep*; it also helps to alleviate the effects of jet lag** by helping to restore the correct sleep-wake rhythm. Griffonia helps restore normal mood and relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being. Vitamins D and B6 contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B6 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal psychological function.

Water, maltose syrup, dextrose, fructose, griffonia extract [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill. - seeds], flavoring, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin; preservatives: E 202, E 211; thickener: E 415; acidifier: E 330.

Directions for use and Dosage
* The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 ml of melatonin (equal to one pipette) shortly before going to bed.
** The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 ml shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination. Shake well before use.
