The tablets contain lemon balm, melatonin, L-theanine, chamomile, and vitamin B complex. Lemon balm contributes to normal, restful sleep. B vitamins contribute to normal neurological function. Thiamine, niacin, and vitamin B6 help maintain normal psychological function. Melatonin helps reduce sleep time. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.

Lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.); stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose; Chamomile flower extract (Matricaria chamomilla L.), L-theanine; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; coating agents: magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; nicotinamide (vitamin B3); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
