Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 mg equal to 5 drops per day, preferably in the evening 30 minutes before going to bed.
The product can be taken as a single dose. It can be taken pure, diluted in water or other cool liquids.
The easy-to-dose drops allow you to customize the dosage.
To relieve the effects of jet lag, we recommend taking 0.5 mg of the substance on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination. Shake before use.
Warnings
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
This beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
