Indications
Sublingual absorption of the active ingredient in MelatonMed has the advantage of being faster and more complete than traditional oral administration, since assimilation occurs directly through the dense network of capillaries that vascularize the mucosa of the underside of the tongue and the floor of the mouth. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, shortly before bedtime, of a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination. Melatonin at a dose of 1 mg exerts a beneficial effect by helping to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Does not contain: gluten, dairy products, lactose, sucrose, wheat, soy, colors, preservatives, and artificial flavors. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Directions for use and Dosage
Take 1 drop of product under the tongue, shortly before bedtime. Shake the bottle well before use.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and direct sources of heat. Reclose the bottle immediately after use.
