Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take one tablet shortly before going to bed.

• To reduce the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to bed.
• To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
