Indications
Melatonina Gold helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviate, when necessary, the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. To counteract the effects of jet lag, the product should be taken on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination. The dry extracts of oats, griffonia, and lemon balm promote mental well-being and relaxation, as well as maintaining normal mood (Griffonia and Melissa).

Directions for use and dosage
Take 1 tablet per day.
