Indications
Melatonina Complex is a supplement based on Amino Acids and Melatonin useful because it helps reduce the time required to fall asleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, shortly before bedtime, of 1 mg of Melatonin.

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; lactose, Adenosine, Glycine, Melatonin (0.63%); Anti-caking agents: oxidized starch, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use and dosage
