Components Per 1 tablet RDA % Melatonin 1 mg Eschscholtzia dry extract tit. 0.2% in Protopin 3 mg Tryptophan 1 mg Niacin 18 mg 50% RDA: recommended daily dose pursuant to the Ministerial Decree of 18 March 2009
INGREDIENTS: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; Niacin, Melatonin, Eschscholtzia flowering tops dry extract (Eschscholtzia californica) tit. 0.2% Protopine, Tryptophan.
HOW TO USE: 1 tablet swallowed with a little water in the evening, shortly before bedtime.
WARNINGS: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store in a cool, dry place away from light and direct sources of heat. The expiry date refers to the product in its intact package, stored correctly. Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
