Indications

Food supplement based on Melatonin useful for helping to alleviate the effects of jet lag and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

Composition

Sweeteners: sorbitol, xylitol; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; bulking agent: maltodextrins; melatonin.

Directions for use and Dosage

To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination. To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
