Indications
Melatonin Spray supplement to regulate the sleep-wake cycle and reduce the effects of jet lag, alcohol-free spray.
- Melatonin is a hormone with antioxidant activity produced by the pineal gland, where it is synthesized from serotonin.
- Melatonin production decreases with age: its levels are high in childhood and begin to decrease regularly during puberty until old age.
- Melatonin plays an important role in regulating the sleep-wake cycle (circadian rhythms), body temperature, sexual maturation and reproduction.
Composition
Melatonin, water, emulsifier (glycerol), stabilizer (polysorbate 20), Melatonin, preservatives (potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavorings, sweetener (sucralose).
Nutritional Values
One spray (0.125 ml) provides: Melatonin 0.5 mg.
Directions for use and Dosage
One or two sprays a day shortly before bedtime. Shake before use.
