Indications
Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Valerian promotes relaxation. Passionflower promotes sleep and relaxation and mental well-being.
Ingredients
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial part dry extract; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and dicalcium phosphate dihydrate; gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), melatonin, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, and fatty acids.

Directions for use and Dosage
Take one tablet daily, as needed, half an hour before bedtime.
