Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 sachet shortly before bedtime, dissolved in 150ml of warm water (or hot if preferred).
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Contains polyols; excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity. The expiry date refers to the product when stored correctly in its intact packaging.
