Ingredients per daily dose (1 tablet): Melatonin 1 mg

Other ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Directions for use: Take 1 tablet with a little water, half an hour before bedtime.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
