Ingredients
Each tablet contains: Zinc Gluconate, thickener: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sweetener (Mannitol), Selenium Methionine, stabilizer: Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Melatonin, anti-caking agent: Magnesium Stearate. Average values per daily dose: Melatonin Zinc (100%) Selenium (100%) 1 mg 10 mg 55 mcg

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive use may cause laxative effects. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
