Indications
Melateon Plus by Proeon is a food supplement based on melatonin drops, with a high concentration (1 mg of melatonin in just two drops). Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Purified water; sweetener: sorbitol; fructose, glycerol, flavoring, melatonin; preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: citric acid. Gluten-free, lactose-free and GMO-free.

Directions for use and Dosage
To reduce the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (corresponding to 2 drops) shortly before going to bed. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin (corresponding to 1 drop) shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains sweetener; excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
