Ingredients
Fructose; purified water; melatonin, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; flavoring; thickener; xanthan gum.

Directions for use and dosage
We recommend 4 drops per day, equal to 1 mg of Melatonin.
Administer the dose directly into the mouth or diluted in non-alcoholic drinks.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Melamil is also indicated for alleviating the effects of jet lag. In these cases, it is recommended to take a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
