COMPONENTS
Mag Notte is a supplement based on magnesium, melatonin, griffonia and tryptophan. Each sachet contains 250mg of magnesium, 1mg of melatonin, 50mg of griffonia extract and 100mg of tryptophan, an essential amino acid that intervenes in the synthesis of serotonin. HOW TO USE AND RECOMMENDED DOSE
The recommended dosage is 1 sachet per day, in the evening before bed. Mag Notte can be taken either without water or diluted in hot water. For use in children, it is advisable to consult your pediatrician. Citrus and chamomile flavor.
