Mannitol Marco viti comes in soft plant-based food bars, with a refreshing and laxative action. Suitable for adults and children. They are soluble in hot or cold drinks. Mannitol is a hexavalent alcohol with choleretic, cholagogue, and laxative properties, and other residual components (monosaccharides, polysaccharides, minerals, etc.) that naturally strengthen its effectiveness. Mannitol tablets are poorly absorbed by the body. For this reason, they can be used even by the most delicate individuals, such as children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and the elderly. Directions for use and Dosage
It is administered at the rate of one gram for each year of age, dissolving it in water or milk as prescribed by the pediatrician.
In adults, the recommended dose for laxative purposes is 10-20 grams per day.
