Magnesium complex: magnesium oxide, magnesium gluconate, magnesium lactate; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide. Tablet coating: coating agents: hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; Colorant: titanium dioxide.

Directions for use and dosage

Take 1 tablet daily, preferably during a main meal.
